Opening Day

The Caves had quite the week last week!  Since The Hubs had been working so hard he took off Thursday and Friday so we could play.  We didn't travel anywhere but it still felt like a little vacation!

On Thursday we were chaperones for the PreK class at my old school for their trip to the zoo.  I hadn't ever been to this particular zoo and it was great!  We had two boys with us and they were tons of fun... jumping in puddles, acting like animals, crawling all over Tim, and so forth.  We were worn out by the time the trip was over.

On Friday my wonderful husband took me to Opening Day!  And though my boys did make me nervous for a while, they pulled out the win in the end.

Longest line I've ever had to wait in at the ballpark.
The boys are ready to go!
My fave David Murphy with the family of a Sandy Hook victim.  The dad
threw the first pitch.  It was really emotional.
First pitch on the mound with the one and only Pudge Rodriguez catching.
We had standing room only tickets and this was where we stood.  Oops!
